Interactive

One of our most interesting partnerships has been with Concord Pacific and AB Scale Model, with whom we have done several interactive installations, including the Arc and W1 buildings with Concord Pacific and Renzo Piano’s first residential structure in New York with AB Scale Model.

For Concord Pacific’s new Vancouver architectural jewel, the Arc, we created an iPad controlled lighting system for a large-scale model as well as an interactive table that highlighted the various amenities in the False Creek area, the Arc, as well as other existing Concord projects and future plans for development.

For Concord’s W1 building in the rapidly changing Marpole area of Vancouver, we created another interactive table that showcased the area and the building’s proximity to amenities and downtown Vancouver.

Each of these interactive projects was completed while working closely with AB Scale model, a Vancouver model building company that creates the majority of architectural and marketing models in Vancouver. So when AB Scale got a request for the Broome building in Soho to create a large-scale model with practical lighting controlled by an iPad, AB Scale asked us to do the lighting and app.

The result is a building with each apartment that lights up individually for easy presentations and app control that integrated with Broome’s existing storytelling app, seamlessly integrating our model lighting with their building sales story.
